Le Bec-Fin's signature cake, Gâteau Le Bec-Fin , features layers of chocolate genoise soaked in rum and chocolate mousse, topped with a stunning display of chocolate fans; and a Tarte aux Fruits , layers of fresh seasonal fruit on a Tahitian vanilla mousseline base.
