PHILADELPHIA, PA – With cooking demos and workshops taking Philadelphia by storm, what will locals be serving with all this great food they now know how to make? Tryst has the answers. Starting Wednesday, October 19th, Tryst’s expert cocktail creator, Erik Lombardo, and sommelier, Cristine Bruno, will be teaching intimate classes from 5:30 to 7:00pm at Tryst, the sexy cocktail bar downstairs from Le Bec Fin. Classes will rotate between cocktail and wine focus and include a flight trio and light bites coinciding with the classes’ theme.
